Joanna Bugajska obtained her degree in Economics with specializations in Accounting and Finance from Higher School of Economics and Innovation in Lublin, Poland.

After finished her degree, she worked as a bookkeeper in accounting and tax office in Lublin, Poland.

Before joining DMO, she worked in Retail Industry as a Customer Service Assistant for 14 years and ran her own small business in the UK.
