Durham Magneto Optics was founded in 2002 as a spin-off company from Professor Russell Cowburn\u2019s nanomagnetism research group in Durham University Physics Department, UK. During 21 years of successful trading since then, DMO has deployed over 200 machines worldwide and has grown to become an international company with offices in Cambridge, UK and Raleigh-Durham, USA.
