A MicroWriter ML3 has been successfully installed at Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology, within the group of Professor Amit Mellor. Prof Mellor’s group have expertise in biomedical devices and the machine will be used in combination with electron beam lithography to make nanopores for biomolecular recognition.
