A MicroWriter ML3 Baby+ was installed in the Magnetic Multilayers and Spin Electronics group at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland. The MicroWriter system will be used in conjunction with an electron beam lithography system for the fabrication of various spintronics nanodevices.
