A full-size MicroWriter ML3 was installed in the Stanford Nano Shared Facilities cleanroom of Stanford University, California. The system is equipped with a 385nm UV lightsource and has four different resolutions ranging from 0.6um to 5um, and will be used to fabricate microfluidic devices using SU-8 negative photoresist, and other spintronics nano/microdevices.
