A MicroWriter ML3 has been successfully installed at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. The Weizmann Institute of Science is one of the world’s leading multidisciplinary basic research institutions in the natural and exact sciences. The MicroWriter ML3, which includes a backside alignment microscope, will be used in a variety of advanced research projects within the Nanofabrication Centre of the Chemical Research Support unit.
