A MicroWriter ML3 has been successfully installed at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) in Hyderabad. TIFR is a National Centre of the Government of India, under the umbrella of the Department of Atomic Energy. The machine is located in the Raman Research Lab, and will assist the group’s research into molecular spintronics, hybrid interfaces, topological insulators, superconductors and ferromagnetic insulators. The MicroWriter ML3 includes a backside alignment camera for precise alignment of the top surface of the samples with the bottom side.
