A Microwriter ML3 Baby+ has been successfully installed at the University of the Philippines Diliman. It will be used within Prof. Jong Vasquez’s research group (Plasma-Material Interactions Laboratory (PMIL)) at the Department of Mining, Metallurgical, and Materials Engineering (DMMME). Prof. Vasquez’s research interest is plasma related to materials, in particular low-energy ion sources. The Microwriter ML3 Baby+ will be used to assist this research line.
