A MicroWriter ML3 Pro was successfully installed at the GREYC laboratory affiliated to the ENSICAEN engineering school and the CNRS, in Caen. The machine will help the group develop their research into AMR sensor in patterned LSMO thin films, and other magneto-electronics applications.
