A MicroWriter ML3 Pro was successfully installed at the Microelectronics Laboratory of the Universidade de São Paulo. The system, fitted with a 385-nm lightsource and a backside alignment camera, will help the group’s research into Microwave and Optoelectronics MEMS and MOEMS, integrated circuits, and microfluidics devices.
