A MicroWriter ML3 Baby Plus has been successfully installed at School of Chemistry and Material Science, Shanxi Normal University, China. The research group is led by Prof. Ruilong Yang. His research focuses on 2D ferromagnetic and ferroelectric materials. The Microwriter, equipped with the software tool “Virtual mask aligner”, will assist Prof. Yang’ group continuing this research line.
