A MicroWriter ML3 Mesa has been successfully installed at the Department of Physics, Loughborough University, UK. The MicroWriter ML3 Mesa, equipped with the software tool “Virtual Mask Aligner”, will be used to assist variety of advanced research, including superconducting spintronics, thermoelectricity, and spintronics in low-dimensional materials.
