A second MicroWriter ML3 Pro has been successfully installed at Prof. Xu Ting’s lab in Nanjing University, Nanjing, China. Prof. Ting’s research focuses on nanophotonics, surface plasmon, and artificial electromagnetic materials. The MicroWriter ML3, equipped with a 365 nm light source, a 0.5um resolution beam, and the backside alignment camera, will assist Prof. Ting to further advance in these research lines.
