A MicroWriter ML3 Baby Plus has been successfully installed at the Applied and integrated photonics group, the Institute of Scientific Instruments of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Brno, Czech Republic. The group’s main research interests are developing photonic element manufacturing technology and designing photonic elements into imaging and spectroscopic optical systems. The MicroWriter ML3 Baby Plus, equipped with a dual wavelength (365 nm and 405 nm) exposure light source and a 0.6 micrometer resolution beam, will assist the group to continue advancing in these research lines.
