A MicroWriter ML3 Pro has been successfully installed at the Department of Spintronics and Nanoelectronics, Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague, Czech Republic. The research group, led by Prof. Tomas Jungwirth, is focusing on development of antiferromagnetic spintronics and nanophotonics. The MicroWriter ML3 Pro, equipped with a 0.4 um resolution beam, will assist Prof. Jungwirth’s group to continue advancing these research lines.
