A MicroWriter ML3 Pro has been successfully installed at Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Zhejiang, China. The research group, led by Prof. Yue-Hui Lu, focuses on development of surface plasmons, nanophotonics, metamaterials, and thin films and nanotechnology. The ML3 Pro, equipped with a 385 nm light source and resolution beams down to 0.6 um, will assist Prof. Liu’s group further advancing in these research lines.
