A MicroWriter ML® 3 Baby Plus has been successfully installed at University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), Anhui, China. The research group, led by Prof. Yalin Lu, focuses on developments of composite quantum functional materials and advanced probing techniques. The MicroWriter ML® 3 Baby +, equipped with one of the powerful software tools “Virtual Mask Aligner”, will assist Prof. Lu’s group to continue advancing in these research lines.
