A MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro has been successfully installed at the School of Microelectronics, Fudan University, Shanghai, China. The research group, led by Prof. Peng Zhou, is focusing on developments of novel flash memories based on two-dimensional materials. The MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro, equipped with exposure beams with resolution down to 0.4 um and a 405 nm exposure light source, will assist Prof Zhou’s group to continue advancing in these research lines.
