A MicroWriter ML® Baby has been successfully installed at the Department of Physics and Photon Science, Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, Gwangju, Republic of Korea. The research group, led by Prof. Yong-Joo Doh, has been focusing on developments of advanced devices, including superconducting quantum devices, topological devices, and topological insulators. The ML®3 Baby, equipped with a 405 nm exposure light source and a 1 micrometer resolution beam, will assist Prof. Doh to further advance in these research fields.
