The MicroWriter ML® 3 Baby Plus has been successfully installed at the Micro-Nano Fabrication Laboratory ISASI Napoli, Italy. This research facility focuses on developments of nanotechnology, bio-sensing applications, photonic, and microelectronic devices. The MicorWriter ML®3 Baby plus, equipped with a 385 nm exposure light source and two resolution beams (5 micrometres and 1 micrometres), will serve as a powerful tool to assist researchers there to continue advancing these research lines.
