A MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro has been successfully installed at the Department of Physical Electronics, Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague. The system is equipped with a 385 nm exposure light source and 4 different resolution beams down to 0.6 micrometer (software selectable). The system will assist researchers and students of the department to perform advanced research in their research areas.
