First MicroWriter ML® 3 in Taiwan

The very first MicroWriter ML® 3 has been successfully installed in Chang Gung University, Taoyuan city, Taiwan. The research group, led by Prof. Paul Hsieh-Fu Tsai, is focusing on developments of microfluidics integrated with artificial intelligence. The MicroWriter ML® 3 Mesa, equipped with dual wavelength (365 nm and 405 nm) and the resolution beam down to 0.6 micrometres, will assist Prof. Tsai’s group to further advance these research lines: Microfluidics designs can be produced on SU8 or dry films using the 365 nm exposure light source, while the photomasks coated with AZ 1505 can be fabricated using the 405 nm exposure light source.
