A MicroWriter ML® 3 Mesa has been successfully installed in the Device Technology Research Institute, Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Ibaraki, Japan. Dr. MAEDA Tatsurou’s research group is focusing on development of integrated circuits, low-power memory and logic circuits for utilising large-scale data, and novel three-dimensional integration. The MicroWriter ML® 3 Mesa, equipped with one of the powerful tools Virtual Mask Aligner, will assist Dr. Maeda to continue advancing in these research lines.
