A NanoMOKE3 Wafer Mapper has been successfully installed at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), Colorado, USA. The customers’ main research interest involves discovering and developing novel materials. The NanoMOKE3 Wafer Mapper will allow them to perform high-throughput tests of these materials.
