A MicroWriter ML3 Baby Plus has been successfully installed at the Department of Physics, Faculty of Science and Technology, Keio University, Tokyo, Japan. The MicroWriter ML3 Baby Plus, featuring two software-selectable resolution beams (5um and 1um) and the Virtual Mask Aligner software tool, will significantly assistant researchers in advancing their work.
