A Dual-Wavelength MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro has been successfully installed in the Institut de Physique De Nice at the Université Côte d’Azur in southern France. The system is equipped with both a 405 and 365 nm light source and a range of resolution objectives down to 0.6 um, making it an ideal tool for their wide range of applications using both positive and negative resists. The machine will help various user groups with their research in diverse areas including microfluidics and waveguides for photonics and quantum computing and quantum information.
