A MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro has been successfully installed in the Department of Physics at the Università degli Studi di Salerno (UNISA-DF) in Fisciano, Italy. The research group led by Prof. Sergio Pagano is dedicated to advancing superconducting circuits for future quantum processors. Equipped with a dual wavelength (405nm-365nm, software selectable) light source and 5 different resolution beams ranged from 5µm to 0.4µm, the MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro will support the team’s ongoing work and help drive new progress in this research field.
