A MicroWriter ML® 3 Baby has been installed at the Institut des Nanotechnologies de Lyon (INL), France, within Dr. Andrei Sabac’s research group, strengthening the laboratory’s capabilities in advanced micro- and nanofabrication.
At INL, Dr. Sabac’s research focuses on the design and fabrication of micro- and nano-scale devices, with particular emphasis on microelectrode and biosensor technologies for real-world applications. His work includes the development of minimally invasive micro- and multi-electrode probes capable of monitoring neurochemical signals in vivo, contributing to advances in brain research and neurochemical analysis.
The MicroWriter ML® 3 Baby will play a key role in this research by enabling high-precision direct-write lithography for rapid prototyping and fabrication of microelectrodes and sensor structures, supporting innovation at the intersection of nanotechnology and neuroscience.
