A MicroWriter ML® 3 Baby has been installed at the Laboratoire Ampère, France, strengthening the laboratory’s capabilities in advanced micro and nanofabrication.
The research focuses on the design and fabrication of micro and nanoscale devices, with particular emphasis on microelectrode and biosensor technologies for real-world applications. The work includes the development of minimally invasive micro- and multi-electrode probes capable of monitoring neurochemical signals in vivo, contributing to advances in brain research and neurochemical analysis.
The MicroWriter ML® 3 Baby will play a key role in this research by enabling high-precision direct-write lithography for rapid prototyping and fabrication of microelectrodes and sensor structures, supporting innovation at the intersection of nanotechnology and neuroscience.
