A MicroWriter ML® 3 Mesa has been installed at the University of Naples Federico II, Italy. The system has resolution down to 0.6 mm in the group of Dr. Gain Paolo Papari.
Dr. Gian Paolo Papari research focuses on advanced materials and nanofabrication technologies for nanoelectronic devices. His research centres on the development, integration, and characterisation of novel materials and device architectures enabled through state-of-the-art photolithography and micro-/nanofabrication processes.
The MicroWriter ML® 3 Mesa will assist his research group in advancing next-generation nanoelectronic technologies, combining innovative materials with reliable photolithographic processes for future integrated systems.
