A new MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro with Backside Camera has been installed at Salford University in a brand new clean room at the at the University of Salford’s School of Science, Engineering, and Environment. The machine will assist them in their research including the development of nanophotonic devices, microscale systems and nanofabrication techniques, particularly in areas such as silicon photonics, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and compound semiconductors.
