MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro has been successfully installed at Dr. Tohru Tsuruoka’s research group at National Institute for Materials Science (NIMS), Tsukuba, Japan. Dr. Tsuruoka’s focuses on the development of high-density ionic artificial intelligence (AI) hardware with low power consumption. Equipped with dual, software-selectable exposure wavelengths (405nm and 365nm) and five resolution beams ranging from 5 µm down to 0.4 µm, the MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro will support the group in further advancing this cutting-edge research.
