Following the successful installation of the first MicroWriter ML® 3 system in 2021, a second MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro has now been installed at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney, Australia. Equipped with a dual wavelength light source (405nm and 365nm, software selectable) and the backside alignment imaging module, the new MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro joins the existing system to support researchers at the Australian National Fabrication Facility – NSW Node (ANFF-NSW). The systems will assist a wide range of research activities, including work in nanoelectronics, nanophotonics, and quantum devices.
