The MicroWriter ML® 3 Mesa, originally installed in 2021 at the Department of Physics at Loughborough University, has been successfully upgraded to MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro.
The upgraded system is equipped with a dual wavelength light source (365nm and 405nm, software selectable) and with five resolution beams, offering pattering capabilities down to 0.4μm. Operating as part of the department’s shared service platform, the MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro will support a wide range of research activities, including work on 2D materials and medical-related applications.
