A dual-wavelength MicroWriter ML® 3 Pro has been installed at BCMaterials, the Basque Center for Materials, Applications and Nanostructures in Bilbao, Spain. The system writes at both 365 nm and 405 nm, so each project can be exposed at the wavelength that suits the resist. It also has the optional x50 objective upgrade for producing features down to 0.4 um. BCMaterials’ research covers micro- and nano-devices and micro- and nanostructured materials, with applications in energy, the environment, digitalisation and biomedicine.
