A MicroWriter ML2 has been successfully installed at the University of Hamburg, at the Institut für Physikalische Chemie. The Institute’s research focuses on semiconductor and metal microstructures as well as nanostructures. These systems are used in fundamental optical and electronic studies and are also used to build simple semiconductor devices or modified for bio imaging purposes
